Delivery:

TarmaK Kids can arrange delivery Australia wide. No international deliveries are available at present.

If delivery is required, we take responsibility for arranging delivery times and dates with you, and any damages that may occur within transit*.

All deliveries have an Authority to Leave (ATL) at the font door unless otherwise requested.
If you require your product to be delivered, please provide us with your postcode and we can calculate a freight cost for you.

Standard quoted delivery rates are valid for 14 days from date of quote. 


*Transit insurance is optional and covers any damages that occur and items will be replaced/repaired if insurance is purchased.

Table and chair sets that require freight are flat packed and require minimal assembly. 

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. 30% deposit of the total invoiced amount is to be paid on placement of order.
2. The balance of the total amount invoiced must be paid prior to the dispatch of the order.
3. Allow up to 7 days for delivery from dispatch date to customer.
4. TarmaK Kids furniture is stained to order and takes approx 2-3 weeks to allow sufficient drying time. Order times will vary, particularly during our busier period (October - February).
5. TarmaK Kids checks all furniture quality prior to wrapping and dispatch so it is the customer's responsibility to check for any damages on delivery.
6. TarmaK Kids furniture is handmade in Ballarat using solid Australian and New Zealand Pine timber. Any timber by nature has variations in grain and colour. We cannot guarantee that any piece of furniture will not have these variations.
7. The actual colour and perceived colour of applied stain may be affected by factors such as wood absorption rates, application techniques, and the wood's natural colour and grain tones.
8. Lacquered products are a clear varnish designed to beautify and protect timber without hiding the grain.
   
9. TarmaK Kids are happy to use customer's preferred stain for a small fee.
   
10. Gloss white products are first coated in a tri-coat (undercoat, primer and sealer) and finished with a semi - gloss white.
    
11. TarmaK Kids pride themselves on quality products and want their customer's to be happy with their product purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied a full refund will be provided  (excluding all freight costs involved).   
12. It is the customer's responsibility to check all quotes prior to paying a deposit. As products are custom made if a customer 'changes their mind' additional charges will apply.
